At Moore Blooms Dahlias, we take pride in delivering healthy tubers, each guaranteed to contain at least one eye upon shipment. We encourage you to inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us promptly if you have any questions or concerns.
Seven-Day Window for Concerns
Understanding the nature of our products, we offer a seven-day window from the date you receive your order for any concerns or issues regarding the received items. We are unable to offer refunds on our tubers once they have been planted. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within seven days of receipt and we'll be happy to help resolve it.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or request a replacement or store credit, please contact our team within the seven-day window. Kindly provide details of the issue encountered along with your order information, as well as photos.
