SHIPPING
SHIPPING:

We do not ship tubers before March 20th. You'll be notified when your order ships.

Shipping Costs:

  • 1 to 10 tubers $20 Flat Rate Shipping.

  • 11+ tubers $30 Flat Rate Shipping.

No refunds on shipping costs.

If you place an order for pick up. You will receive an email when your order is ready with pickup details. You are required to pick up your order on the pick-up dates. If you are unable, please select shipping.

At Moore Blooms Dahlias, we assure the delivery of healthy tubers, each tuber is guaranteed to contain at least one eye upon shipment. We kindly request that you inspect your tubers upon arrival and reach out to us should you have any questions or concerns.

Seven-Day Window for Concerns


Understanding the nature of our products, we offer a seven-day window from the date you receive your order for any concerns or issues regarding the received items. We are unable to offer refunds on our tubers once they have been planted. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within seven days of receipt and we'll be happy to help resolve it.


How to Initiate a Return


To initiate a return or request a replacement or store credit, please contact our team within the seven-day window. Kindly provide details of the issue encountered along with your order information, as well as photos.
